yeah they're good - quite large and normally efficient. only advice would be to appoint your own agent to deal with them. try info@eyeon-realty they're pretty good and won't cost u a thing to look over the paperwork and deal with all transactions on your behalf. i've used them for 3 of my purchases and would recommend them.
