Developer’s warranty for structural defects
Anyone read Nakheel contract for warranty regarding building defects if yes please post summery.
What will happen if there are defects in the structure of the building I don’t think maintenance charges will cover such defects? This goes for IC and any other project
I don’t think there is any mention of this anywhere in the contract not like in europe and US where Regulations require a minimum 10 years developer’s warranty
any thoughts on the subject pls post your comments
