Sorry...no experience of those companies, but we used OSS Worldwide Movers (based in Dandenong) and they were excellent! No breakages and they packed up our place in less than a day. Friendly, professional, top-notch. If you didn't consider them, and now are tempted the only thing I would say is request someone other than Britannia to handle things this end. Actually I would say that for whoever handles the Aus end...
