Has anyone else noticed the incredibly valuable gems of advice that are being given by Stumbled and Wayneis under the rather misleading thread "Moaners".
Most people would not bother reading this thread due to the the title, but I think there is so much that can be learnt so read past the arguements and look at the investment and property advice. Perhaps, Stumbled or Wayneis could add advice to this sticky or create another one sepcifically on how to invest in property effeciently, tax advice etc.
