Hello All,
I know this sounds very corny but it is a great offer and I'm gonna share it with all. I don't usually plug products on here but this one is a little gem...and yes, I am the agent but seeing as we are all supposed to be investors here I hope you won't object to me sharing an offer with my colleagues....and any advise on specialist areas to advertise this offer to other investors would be much appreciated.

My agency has sole agency on 4 villas, under construction in their own little walled and landscaped garden in Altinkum's countryside, with a large communal pool and sea views. I'm not gonna sell the area as this is not the correct audience for that...but they are very desirable - although the equity is more likely to be of greater interest!

They're on the market at the moment, pre completion for 77,000 GBP (approx 115,500 Euros). Once completed, sale price goes up to 88,000 GBP (approx 132,000 Euros). We are offering all four villas, at this stage of build (first floor stage) for 264,000 GBP (even that's negotiable with the builder). The offer is open to an individual buyer or a syndicate.

Don't take me literally please - there's no such thing as a "free villa" ! It was said tongue in cheek.....meaning all four villas are available for the same total price (discounted) as if three different buyers were to buy three of the villas individually- phew!
