Default Emaar Cannot decide on Short Term Rental
I think Emaar or any other developer cannot implement a law against short term rental as they are not the authority. It is the Dubai Government that can decide that and as far as I know there is NO LAW AGAINST RENTING YOUR PROPERTY FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS.
