Hello Ismael,
Don?t live near it but been there looking at land, very quiet and secluded area
what I saw of it, I would say no good for B + B unless you know loads of clients who want seclusion.
Also they are now checking into illegal B+B etc as the hotels are losing trade.
Allow loads of time for paperwork etc in Spain.
