Well this does not reveal any new information. I expect such a response from a government official regarding IC3 with most of its areas not even built on as yet. Obviously we are all aware that a bureaucrat will not stick his head out and say they are going to build a station in the desert(IC) (in which a few people live at the moment) and therefore where there is no need for it at this present time.
As I have indicated before, some of us have seen the transit station on the revised Nakheel masterplan sent last year. Its just a matter of time that this part of town gets its share of the city-wide plan for the transit system. If there are no plans as at yet, its just exciting to know that its being talked about at this stage even when the area is so sparsely populated.
All in all its been a very good investment despite the delays even in construction!

You can read the response from Mohamed Essa Al Rowaished ,Deputy Director & Rail Design Manger;RTA - Rail Agency on the location of a Metro Route on In summary
Nothing wrong with speculating on possible Future Routes and "informed sources" can often provide reliable "leaks and information" however as it stands today the RTA take the view that nothing is on the drawing board for I.C..... YET
Guess I'm not color blind after all...thats a relief
