I'm buying in Egypt. Rental Income is to be paid in Euros.

I'm trying to work out the most cost effective way of receiving the income.

Most offshore UK banks seem to insist you maintain a balance of up to 7500 euros but pay low levels of interest. If you don't there is a monthly fee of up to 50 euros.

I'm trying to find the holy grail of free banking in euros!!! Anyone have any suggestions / recommendations with regard to bank accounts?
