I own a couple of units in Persia, and I am very bullish about IC project on the whole. Its great value for money, I do agree it has got its downside, for now ... like any new project, ie springs, greens ... it had its own share of problems to begin with, but over time it has been resolved and are now in high demand.
I feel that IC has great potential, as its one of the few project that has tourism, commercial and residence all in one. It will take a couple of years for all the development to complete, and Investors and home owners will see their investments grow
