Yes, but this is exactly my point. Everyone seems to assume that because the "offshore property industry" and their customers have deemed NE Brazil as a "hotspot" flights will pour into the area. So, everybod't current woes will be solved. My whole point is that this won't happen as expected and therefore everyone's assumptions are incorrect. South Africa was similar some years ago and was the boom country..but the flight situation has not changed 7 years on.
