Good morning and thank you for the updated email. Yes you are correct there are loads of flashy? ads. But, what customers have to look for is someone who knows what is legal and what is not.
All estate agents have to advertise in what ever medium to get clients who are interested in purchasing in Spain. It is finding a company who is not just here to introduce clients to a developer, completing the deal and then leaving them to cope. It is also Aftersales and Customer care. Please bear that in mind.
