Absolutely fascinating reading these comments and some on other threads (I think Peter has initiated a poll as well). "I canīt fly there from Luton, so Iīm not going to invest there!". There are direct flights into Hurghada from Holland, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, France and 8 different airports in Germany (see
TUIfly.com - günstige Flüge ab 19,99 EUR). Thereīs nothing to be gained from inciting the arguement about Hurghada v Sahl, because if you canīt afford Sahl. you canīt have it (much like Marbella, Cannes, Rome or New York). Sahl has everything a top class international resort should have - the only grey area is whether the post-completion marketing of the resort will equal the developers marketing machine that is currently in place. If itīs marketed excusively to the residents of Frankfurt, it doesnīt make a blind bit of difference provided it appreciates in value and there is an exit strategy. Itīs either an investment or itīs not.
