hi i am a new member and was wondering if anyone is buying in i-city
park lane or any of the other blocks in this vicinity, also are the smells from the sewage plant reaching this area. could they tell me how much to expect to pay on top of apt price, ie siolictors costs ( and can they reccomend one ) and tax,es ect. much appriciated thanks.
