Final Payments For Possession Of Unit
Hi friends,
Can anyone please clarify what are the final payments we have to make to our real estate agents for the possession of the flats?
Following are the charges which I am asked to pay for the handover:
1. Maintenance fees-yearly = AED 8370.00
2. 2% Nakheel charges
3. 1% Land Registration fees
+ Land documentation & Misc. fees of AED 2500/-
Please clarify do I need to pay the 1% land registration charges now or it should be in the end after I pay all mortgage loan?
And what are the "Land documentation & Misc. fees = AED 2500" ?
