HOW CHEAP
Theyre very clever these scams. Cause we will never know the real intensions of the agent or seller. Do they REALLY believe they are selling you a rock solid investment, in which case its no scam atall. Or are they taking every opportunity that comes thier way to buy a field. Sorry. I mean. Gain legal rights to purchase the field for a reasonable price with a piece of paper, ANYWHERE, and cut it into smaller pieces and sell it for a FORTUNE. (compared to what its worth as a field for a horse or grazing cattle). There is a chance that anywhere will get pemission one day. The same chance is the reason we buy lottery tickets on weekends, but we all know its an f,,,ING slim one. My advice is unless you are loaded and like long term monopoly dont bother. And even then Dont bother. Not after all the other replies I just read. They're travelling the world selling pieces of fields in Bromley.

With your cheap purchase you may even end up in a situation where you are paying somebody every year or month for some reason or other that you had never accounted for and this was never explained to you. If you really need to invest money I have some great development ideas and it would be good to have an international silent investor/partner. In fact it would be great because at the moment I'm skint. Good luck....
