No Turkey is not like England, but why move here if that is what you want, maybe try Cornwall. I was an agent in the UK and now do the same job here, people making money are everywhere, it's up to the individual to trust his or her own judgement and perhaps be aided by word of mouth.
sadly there are unscrupulous people all over the world, you mention that you were uk agent before, there is lots tv programmes and articles about SOME uk agents not doing their job properly, happens in all jobs, not just estate agents...

I dont agree about selling to Turkish people, , that they wont be able to afford to buy them, manny turkish people can, there not the only buyers in the country dont forget, if you buy in an area wher other Europeans buy, not just UK buyers, then you will have many other buyers from across Europe. The facts specks from them selfs Turkey is a beautiful country, the sun shines in the south most of the year, the people are friendly, you can affrod most things there, there is so manny things to see and do and the life style is there is as good as any. This is mostly what people want.
Dunney I agree with what you say, of course many turkish people can afford to buy properties, you just need have a look at some of the cars around to see the money.. most expats arent driving around in x5's or top of the range mercs... but plenty of turkish are...

what I would say, if some people werent so greedy in what they want for a profit, then maybe they would have more chance of selling.. I have heard loads of people say they sold their property here in Turkey, and sold to turkish, fact is, they were realistic in what to achieve price wise. If you outprice yourself out of the market, then no the turks wont be interested in what you have to sell..
