Thanks for your reply Pooomba, Yes its the tenant issues I would like to try and keep to a minimum, if that means doing some trading/ developing to buy in the better areas then so be it!! Don?t like the feeling of having to lock my car door just to drive past a house of mine that?s rented! Anyone else have any dodgy streets that they know of in the south Auckland area??
