Hi Alexander,
It has been a slow wait for the equity gain as I bought an apartment 18 Months ago have just got a council valuation and are applying to the bank for an revolving credit account, which should give me about 30k as a deposit for the next one.

Have been looking for the last six months have only seen two properties I really liked a unit in Davenport and a freestanding 1 Bedroom home in Glenfield, but was not in a position to do anything about them.

So still looking, will buy as soon as one comes up that fits the rules.
