Hi everyone,

Attempting to start out at a young age (I've just turned 20) I've been getting a few comments about "not rushing in to it" and warnings that I'd be better off waiting a few years because of current market etc. etc.

Do you think this is just negativity, or a real problem to consider? (oh the big questions!)

Obviously I've been told there are going to be nay sayers, but I also don't want to be ignoring fair warning!
