You must take action NOW. for ppl who tell you all the excuses and circumstances. ask them if they have any property investments. If yes do, ask them if they have more than 4 properties.

I ask you 1 question: in 10 people how many people do you think who are successful, financially free???

I give you the answer...less than 1.

So you only listen to and follow the person who are successful and have the results those you really want to achieve and have the same dream with you. Just simply ignore other 9 people.
The best time for you to take action is TODAY. The only thing you can control is today, not yesterday or tomorrow.

So if you are motivated, exciting about what you want to do. Keep it up always.
