I arrived back from Hurghada yesterday; during the visit I had a meeting with Hamdy el Sawy, a London lawyer who is advising several Palm Beach Piazza clients. It appears that the first client who registers independently could have to pay around 1000 GBP which would be the cost of registering all 108 apartments. The lawyers advice was for the Developer to register and charge each client who wishes to register proportionately. This would probably be a decision for the owners committee when it is formed as some people may not wish to register. I will publish updates when more information is available.
