Hi ! I've also bought a 2 bedroom in metro tower,I'm not sure if it was a right decision.The main concern is the completeion date which will be delayed for sure.I was there two months agon and drove to the site,nothing has started yet,just few signs and couple of workers sleeping in a shadow.AED 825/sqft is the rate I got and so far 4 payments(5% each) are being paid by me.
