House prices in Estonia rose by more than any other European country in 2005, according to a survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) - the RICS report on the European property market showed that Estonian house prices rose by 28%, ahead of Denmark at 22% and it is one of my favorite countries to invest in right now.
