Hello,
Have only bought off plan in France before and not sold, so need some advice having read about some of the problems that sellers have had on here.
Once we have found a buyer, can we stipulate anywhere that the sale must go through within a set time period?
I remember when we bought our property it was us making all the conditions rather than the seller.
But I don't want to be in the predicament where we have committed to sell but then get messed around by the buyer delaying the completion for a long period.
