Having a house(s) built in Limousin.

I have a piece of land in Limousin where I want to have a house built. I want nothing special just a modern chalet style to a standard design that you see all over the region. If this proves a success I want to build one house a year to sell each year for the next 10 years. Does anyone know a good reliable house builder in the area
