The interesting thing that is unfolding here is that a counter view to offplan has come out of the woodwork. Quite simply, there are two ways, the easy way or the difficult one. Usually in life, the easy one costs more and yields less profit. Everyone will choose which route they wish to take, but what does seem to have happened here is that some who have made wild claims about the positives are mellowing and being more realistic about things....this is good news as it brings more reality to the debate. I can only speak of natal and the area (and a short visit to Salvador) but there is no doubt in my mind that Ponta Negra has "mass tourism" potential and clearly north of this city these new developments are not going to lie empty for years..so this is the area to go in my view and there is a large resale potential in this city..so anyone who wants profit should think twice before taking the easy route off plan and out of town.
