I can only speak of natal and the area (and a short visit to Salvador) but there is no doubt in my mind that Ponta Negra has "mass tourism" potential and clearly north of this city these new developments are not going to lie empty for years..so this is the area to go in my view and there is a large resale potential in this city..so anyone who wants profit should think twice before taking the easy route off plan and out of town.
GW,

You need to stop eating those pizzas you get in thailand with the extra mushrooms.

You are again claiming that PN will take off (it will be like South beach, Miami according to you ), but will slate anyone who says North of Natal will take off.

You will even slate anyone, including me, that says a place is taking off when it really is taking off.

You also don't even argue when someone says that an off-plan in PN will do better than one of your great resale villas in PN, which to me invalidates your whole argument.

I don't think you are convincing people that you are right, I think you are boring them to sleep.
