Reclaiming VAT
Hi all,
We are about to sign a Compromis de Vente. The House is under 5 years old, and therefore the price includes VAT as this is the 1st sale (after the original sale by the developer to the current owner).
As this house is to be used as a "Gite" (holiday rentals) is it possible to reclaim this VAT?
