Default Not a fair comparison

Hi

There is currently no sensible way to compare these two.

Gamsha will not have anything ready for several years whilst Sahl Hashseesh has apartments etc already completed. There will most likely be excellant quality units of all shapes and sizes at both. They will both have many big hotels, marinas, golf course etc.
Gamsha looks as though it will be far bigger when completed about 2017 but do you want something this big !!!

If you have no intention of using the unit yourself then who cares which is best. The only real issue is which site has the best marketing machine to convince OTHER buyers that one is better than the other and will therefore potentially convince a future buyer to buy your unit as a re-sale instead of another.
If you are looking to "flip" (sell before completion) then this will depend entirely on the arrangement with the developer since some will assist this others will be your competion (still selling new units).

Given the scale of both of these sites the potential for re-sales is very low since the developers will have new units for sale for the next 10 years, and then there will be even more big developments for new buyers to consider.
