Default Finance and Property Valuation in Texas
Welcome all,
I am looking at buying a unit in Texas, I have a 70% deposit, just looking for contacts or info about abstaining finance and having a valuation done.

Another question Home Owner Association, is that like body corporate or is that like rates, I know that there is also taxes to do with school district ect.

Any Help?
