Default Which is best for rental income - condo, townhouse, villa, or office building?
Hi,
I'm a beginner investor with $500k to $1 million (inheritance money) worth of property to invest in Dubai. I wanted property that provided rental income, does any one know which has the best earning power between a condo, townhouse, villa, or office building? And how much can I expect to earn a month from your recommendation, say if I invested $500k? Also any recommendations on any specific properties or areas in Dubai to invest in?
