Sorry i didnt see this question, ive described on here before how to find real estate co actually in brazil through brasilian searches from all over the country, but actually this isnt my point. My point is that i think people need to do proper reseach on all different types of property comparisments instead of just the same so people can weigh up their options and risks properly. For example investors need to decide for them selfs if they think a resale £25K 1bed 45m2 apartment in a communal apartment with sea views, pool, gym and resturant in a city where you can see exactly what your buying, against a £35K 1bed offplan hopefully built in 2years in a undeveloped area, hopefully with sea views as promised, with also the communal, pool resturant etc and at the quality the digital drawing impression suggests. Some people will prefer the former for its advantages and some will prefer the latter as it also has its advantages!
