Hi Razdan
I have a studio in Spain building S2 which I would like to sell. The buidling owner has already got the possession but it may take another week or so to get in my name. Can anyone please advise me on the following:
1. What is the expected selling price of a studio in Spain
2. Since I want to sell it, what is advisable - to sell it BEFORE I take possession or AFTER it? I am more concerned about the money I will get in my pocket in both cases.
