I am thinking of buying some beachfront land in the north east, maybe near Maracajau?
Does anyone know of any reputable agents who deal with land there and won't rip you off?
Also I intend to open a club on the beachfront and so I was also wandering what the regulations of opening such a club on the beachfront would be?
As I do not own a property in the UK, when will Mortgages in Brazil be availiable from?
Any help would be great.
