I have a studio in china cluster and the size is exactly 34m2 inclusive of the balcony
Ok this is the net leaving area wall to wall.
If we put 20% on top that size is 41m2 which is 255$ per m2
I don’t think you can buy a studio for less than 100000$ unless is somewhere in Morocco or Greece and France which are not completed.
IF you have a studio for 100000$ with keys and all inclusive, but really all inclusive I will buy from you
