If you want to contact me, I have good knowledge of the Litoral Norte including Maracajaú area, and land available to buy, both frontline and behind the beach road. However if you intend to start a business here in Brasil you need to research more. Have you plans to come to Brasil, Natal in particular in the near future? If you want to open a club you will need to know who will be your target market. It will be some time before Maracajaú will have the demand for a club, and it seems you will want to borrow to finance your plans. I would be happy to discuss this with you. I live and work here, but do speak the language, so that helps. You will need a permanent visa to work here, so that is a first step to take. For that you will need to invest a minimum of $50000.
