Spain T4
Hi,
I will take possession of my 1 Bed apartment in T4, Spain at the beginning of December and I would like to rent it out immediately.
It is on 2nd floor, with balcony and exceptionally big (approx 915sq ft).
I would prefer to rent directly to tenant (no agent pls).
Rent approx 55k.
1 cheque would also be preferable, but not essential.
