In 10-13 lac you can get good Duplex House In Ahmedabad and that on Ahmedabad Gandhinagar road Koba circle, you will not have to worry about water, Gandhinagar is More or less like Chandigar ... ahmedabd is nice place you will get everything what ever you like, gujarati people are also nice. Good respect for women in ahmedabd/gandhinagar (ie. in gujarat), but important thing is your profession which has lot to do with your residence.
