Hello folks, First time here as i just stumbled upon this website looking for info on IC. Seems like a help to new folks out to buy apartments.

I was planning on buying a studio apartment at IC. I am fairly new to all this so hope i get some honest advise. I am buying (rent/lease) for myself a studio apartment in IC because of the low cost to be honest. My budget was around 40K dhs. (incl. of every deposit or water/electricity etc).

I have read a number of posts regarding the smell problem in IC on these forums. So which cluster would be away from all the smell as of now ? How do i get in contact with the landlord or do i have to go through a agent ? Which are the good trustable (non-money gobbling) agents around dubai. I was thinking of better homes. Please advise.

If not IC, could someone guide me to a better place with my budget for a studio apartment ?
