Need a Studio apartment in a "decent" bachelor-free locale. Most preferably with balcony and on 2nd floor. Would like it if furnished, if not still good. Long term lease. Let me be frank enough on this fact because i would like "serious" and "non-dodgy" owners to contact me.
Preferred locations: England, Russia or Italy.
Preferred price range: 40K (would like to have direct contact with the owner), ready to give as one cheque. Let me know if water/electricity is also included.
