Thanks for that quick reply and advice mate. I always had this paranoia against having flats on the ground floor, so i was looking for something "above" the first floor.
I posted a query for an apartment in the rent thread, so lets see if anyone comes up with a good offer. But please keep me posted on advises and what to look for in a flat or how to check if the agent is legitimate etc. cause i am fairly new here, so all i know is "catch the neck of the person who sold it to you" kind of way lol.
