I am in Dubai right now and went to see International City. I was told England cluster were grey in colour. They are by far the worst looking out of all of them, unless I have been misinformed and they are Russia....?
There was some still some building work going on but I couldnt tell which cluster they were for.
I did take a few pictures and will post them as soon as I am back from Dubai.
