Yesterday, i happened to be there to check on the progress since DEC06. As you know we will have to come up with service charges for 2008 by february08 so to my surprise i found no landscaping work whatsover since 06. Have u any idea why the delay? Also basket ball courts are not visible althoughthere is mention in Nakheel website of this.
