I am still on my studio apartment search but i think i might have found an owner for myself like i wanted.
I am searching for a 1 bedroom apartment for a friend of mine in say 45K from an owner incl of deposit etc with an open view (no bldings in front) balcony or no balcony doesnt matter for her. DIWA and rest will be taken care of by the individual, but the maintainance and insurance etc should have been done by the owner. No hidden costs later on.
Any starting points ?
