I am having trouble posting; for some reason I can only post relatively short messages! So this is in 2 parts.
I have been to see Grupo Sanchez today and can report as follows to squash rumours and hearsay.
I am assured
1. They DO have the escritura for the land for the development
2. THey are awaiting a final licence from one of the 4 prefecturas of the affected villages.
3. They have the licences from Idema and in a press article locally Idema praised the site design as being ambientally and ecologically friendly.
