previously sold my house but lost buyer in last 2 weeks of completion..
desperately still want the house i have put an offer in for!
so am doing a house to house mortgage which involves releasing equity on my present house until i sell it!
i am now worried about the housing market after latest media publishing about house declines etc.
if i don`t sell my house in the next 6 months for the price it is at now as the market stands i will be finacially pooped!!! wot will happen to the market before i take my plunge if so!!! help!!!
