Thanks for your message but I am afraid the market price has still not reached that level. The 1 bed in France is going for around 550-560 at the moment. However it will change once the handover is done and even better once the keys are given.
Please send me the full details as to the BUA, the floor, does it have balcony, which building, what view, then I can reasses it for you and gve you an exact figure.
