Price Clarification
No one knows the price structure - not until Gamsha Bay is released.
There is a lot of speculation and has been from the beginning -- we have been aware of the 'talk of pricing levels' with the developer but have not mentioned any ranges to our clients in waiting.
Not fair on anyone. Until it is writing it is pure speculation.
