I was thinking about Universal Tower but they do not offer financing yet. I was in contact with them and they told me that this should change probably at the begining of the next year when they get approval from banks. Do you have any experience with this developer (Universal group), good or bad?
The only development in SC that offers financing (that I'm aware off) is Rufi Twin Towers (what do you think of them?).
As for DAMAC, they are usually a bit above my budget but thanks for the suggestion, I'll check them out as well.
